The most horrific place I've ever witnessed in my entire life. Everything is filthy, sticky floors, mold around the closet door, dust everywhere and the smell is putrid. I do not believe the State has ever visited this place and my father in law was there with a tracheostomy they couldn't manage. No clinical staff makes the admission decisions and instead this is ran like a slum lord business with no integrity or patient care. The staff are under paid but working because they have to and it shows. I would never let my worst enemy stay at this place and God bless those who have no other choice. They deserve a -100000000000 (infinity) if I could. The state needs to shut this place down.

My mother was here and I spent lots of time visiting her. They completely failed to provide care for her and the staff knew I was going to complain. She smelled terrible and once had fecal matter all over her hands. I finally was able to get her moved to another facility. Please don’t put your loved one here.
