Best skilled rehab in NWA. I toured many facilities before making the hard decision to put my mother here for skilled rehab. I toured the blossoms, promenade health and rehab, and Springdale health and rehab. Springdale health and rehab felt like home to me and her. The staff have been caring, compassionate, and patient in this hard time for us. But after just 30 days here my mother is walking again. I'm so grateful for the therapy team here. I never thought my mom would be able to get to where she is today. Thank you guys for taking such great care of us.

The staff here are so kind! My grandmother was well taken care of and I was surprised how nice it was inside, despite the building being older. We were treated like family and our loved one was treated with love and respect.

My grandmother stayed here for therapy for over a month and overall our family had a very positive experience. The facility itself was clean and felt very home-like rather than a nursing home, which made a big difference for our family when visiting. One thing my grandmother consistently mentioned was how good the food was. The meals were well prepared and the portions were generous. The staff were professional and treated my grandmother with respect. We often heard laughter between staff and residents. It was clear that many of the caregivers genuinely cared about the people staying there. Another nice surprise was how friendly many of the other residents were. My husband and I were very concerned she would feel alone and depressed after also being in the hospital prior to her stay. My grandmother was able to socialize, which meant a lot to her. The building is older and it might seem a bit outdated but it is clean and the rooms are spacious. We brought my grandpa and niece with us for her birthday. There was plenty of room to visit. We felt my grandmother was treated well and supported during her time there. We appreciate the care she received and the positive environment the staff created.
