I would like to say thank you to Joseph he's a very very caring guy he not only like his job and what he dose but he really care about his residents..he brightens their days everytime he walks into the building from the time he comes in until he leave... Amazing... keep doing what you are doing your work is very valued

When you open the doors to spring oak, you’re comforted and loved from the very beginning! It’s always smiles and laughter around every corner! The residents enjoy the new renovations! Between bingo, karaoke night, and reading the gospel the residents truly enjoy calling spring oak home! Go take a peak at it! You won’t be disappointed!

The staff go above and beyond every day to ensure each resident is treated with kindness, dignity, and compassion while meeting their individual needs. The management team is outstanding and truly cares about both the residents and the staff, creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone. This Assisted Living Facility is absolutely beautiful, especially after its recent renovation. It has such a bright, welcoming environment that truly feels like home. Beyond all that, what really stands out is the incredible staff. Everyone is friendly, compassionate, and genuinely engaged in providing excellent care for the residents. Sarah, the Administrator, is wonderful and leads with kindness, professionalism, and a true commitment to the well-being of everyone in the community. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a caring, supportive, and beautiful place for their loved one.

The recent remodel has completely transformed this community! It's obvious that a great deal if thought has gone into creating a space where residents can enjoy both comfort and quality of life. From the moment you walk into Spring Oak Christiansburg you can tell the staff truly care about their residents. Everyone is warm welcoming and takes the time to get to know each resident as an individual. Administration is approachable, compassionate and always willing to hear questions or concerns. This team is genuinely compassionate!
