The nurses were very nice, and listened to my requests. Thanks also to the CNA's Matrice and Miles I wanted to express my thanks to Winjie and Megan in PT for their patience and knowledge in helping me work through my shoulder pain. I am also grateful for the referral by Kezie (sp?) to Ivy Rehab in Bordentown. I started there yesterday.

Everyone is so nice here from the Drs, Nurses, Tech and staff. They are taking so good care of my mother. The environment is so clean. We have been to other places and this one is absolutely 5 stars. Definitely recommend

Accela has went above and BEYOND in their care for my grandmother who recently stayed here for rehabilitation. After a prior traumatic experience at a ‘notable facility’, she was very anxious to be transferred back to rehab post ER – however, the team at Accela were all very kind, receptive, and did everything they could to make her feel at home from day 1 to her discharge day. The entire administrative staff are always working to ensure documentation for insurance and needs such as doctor’s appointments needing to be made are met in a timely manner and Mr. Shlomo is absolutely wonderful – he has established an EXCEPTIONAL rehabilitation center with a high quality team. He really listens and wants the best for every patient there, which makes a huge difference. Everyone from the nurses and aides to the concierge, to the speech therapist and the PTs all always provided care with the utmost kindness, dignity, and respect to both my grandmother and us, the family, as someone was always with her. Nicole, the social worker did an incredible job to expedite necessary paperwork and ensure everything is in place for her both during her stay and even after discharge – she is absolutely wonderful and we cannot thank her enough! Due to the prior experience, we all were on high alert and concerned for the next rehab placement, and Accela eased every single one of those tensions which is tremendously appreciated. Dr. Patel was ALWAYS on top of things and made grandma feel at ease as there was no language barrier – she always made sure her proper medical assessments and needs were taken care of which was quite a relief as those needs were neglected at the previous location and caused her severe complications leading to another ER trip. Here, there was never a moment where our concerns were dismissed and her medical status was always transparently communicated to us. Nurses were all amazing and we missed some names, however, Jahara and Shirah always were attentive and quick to help – they truly made my grandma feel like she was in good hands. Accela also staffs some of the kindest and most caring aides we’ve ever met – and I would like them all to be recognized, however the only aides who’s names I got were Omar and Destine, who are phenomenal! Thank you to all of the staff who aided in my grandma’s care, you are all amazing! The physical therapists also went above and beyond in helping wherever and whenever they could, even with duties that fell out of their roles, and that was immensely appreciated. We are so grateful to PTs Megan and Winije for always checking in to see how my grandma is doing and excelling in her plan of care so ensure she is recovering back to her fully independent state. Maria, the speech therapist was also one of the KINDEST people we’ve met. She continually checked in with my grandma to make sure she was doing alright and was doing exercises to keep her diaphragm strong. Overtime through the exercises she showed her, she regained her ability to speak loudly and clearly and we are so grateful to have had her work with grandma! Overall, we are extremely pleased with the care received at Accela and HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone in need of physical rehabilitation. The facility is very tidy and well kept—it seems as the janitorial staff are always working to keep the building as neat and clean as possible! It is a spacious and cozy facility and I can’t forget to mention the outdoor patio which overlooks beautiful Veterans Park! The superb environment kept and maintained by staff surely speeds up one’s recovery. We, the entire family on behalf of my grandma cannot fully express our immense appreciation for Accela’s impact on my grandma’s recovery and can truthfully say that this facility has exceeded our expectations by continually going above and beyond. Thank you Accela team!! Also, huge thanks to Brianna for providing a tour prior to admission and being so kind and receptive to our concerns. You rock!!

My mom stayed at Acela and we can’t be more happier with their services. Great staff and services. The food is top notch, incredible quality and great taste. Keep up the good work Acela!!!!!

This was the best rehab experience. Everyone treated my mother with respect. The care was top notch. PT was phenomenal. Food choices were excellent. Activity calendar was full and engaging. Can't say enough good things. Kudos to entire staff!
