Edit June 2024. I completely revoke my first review. What started out as initial decent care quickly descended into outright neglect. A fall with 7+ staples, an aggressive aide, a UTI, and what is now an unstageable bed sore are all the result of incompetence and neglect. Do not allow your loved one to enter this facility.<br><br>My father is receiving great long term care here. The medical staff is alert and on top of his changing medical needs. The place is clean and administration is responsive. They got him a mattress alarm, floor mats, and even shaved him. Communication among the shifts is a goal but they seem to have come a long way from the older reviews with new management. Hoping it is consistent as we are in it for the long haul.

This place has gone so far down hill, The treat the long term residents like garbage. The state NEEDS to take over this place!! Any 5 star reviews has got to becoming from management !!

We are grateful for the exceptional staff at this facility. They took care of our mom after being discharged from the hospital, and their care and kindness helped her improve so fast. We can’t recommend the nurses and aids enough, they are a fabulous staff!!!

Wish I can give this place ZERO stars. Horrible management, horrible staff, unprofessional, unsanitary. This place really needs to be shut down & rebuilt with new management. Between being unable to reach any staff member to patients being treated poorly I don’t know which one is worse! They really should be ashamed as a facility, they should be ashamed as healthcare professionals.
