Our brother was a resident at Spring Creek for 10 months. He was in the physical therapy wing for the majority of that time. The therapists did a great job with him. He especially had wonderful things to say about Kim, as do we. His stay had lots of ups and downs because of his physical condition. Kim kept prodding and encouraging him to try and we are so grateful for that. The staff was attentive and tried to take good care of him which he did not always want. The staff was very good about staying in contact with our family who are out of state with any health issues or updates. I cannot say enough about Ellen and how she stayed in touch with us and stayed on top of any of our concerns.

this place has been wonderful to my mother... My mother has been in a total of three rehabilitation facilities, this one being the third... The first two were pathetic. I didn't have very high expectations, and when we transferred her to here... But staff was very friendly, they made an effort to contact me anytime there was a change. It was very pleasant dealing with them, and they made some substantial progress... Unfortunately, due to an egregious decision by the insurance company, my mother's stay was cut short before she was able to walk again... But if I were able, I would 100%. Have her stay in this facility. They were amazing. Specific shout outs to the physical therapist, occupational therapist, and social worker they have on staff. Speaking to them never once felt like I was talking to employees of a facility, they went out of their way to treat me and my mother like family.

I was a resident for 100 days. I was treated wonderfully. I wish I could name every single person but the ones I can name; RN Jennifer and I believe Brooklyn is LPN but those two were top of the line. The staff who helped me on a daily basis will stay in my heart forever; Brandon, Audrey, Joseph, George, Autumn, each one of you always went above and beyond! I cannot say enough about my quality of care. I am 92 years and still in full control of my faculties therefore I always knew what was going on. I felt safe, secure, and very well cared for. I’m glad to be home in my own bed tonight but I sure miss the caring staff, we spent lots of time together.

My mom was there March 7th thru June 13th. On a scale of 1-10, I give them a solid 9. There are always things that as a patient, you may want done different. I can say any requests we made to staff were handled promptly. Communication with family was always positive with weekly updates. Staff were always very attentive to patients needs. Never once did my mom feel uncomfortable or neglected. During bad weather, the staff were 💯on top of current conditions and protected the staff accordingly. My ONLY negative would be the lack of friendly greetings as you enter the building. After you pass the very unfriendly front door person, the next staff you encounter will end up being awesome, but without warm greetings you are not aware of this. Some staff will smile as you travel the hall but lots are too busy and do not look up. That is my only negative based on 100 day of my mom being cared for so very well. Due to that it does take a little bit to realize how wonderful the staff are, but once you do it's great.

The staff and residents here are absolutely amazing! At any given time you can walk the clean halls and see both residents and employees smiling and laughing, loving and living life to its fullest. Don’t take my word for it, though. Go see for yourself and you’ll quickly learn why they are a 5 star rated skilled nursing facility making a difference in our community.
