We were so pleased with every aspect of care here. My Dad was happy and loved being at Greystone. He felt welcomed, cared for, and said they listened to him and his needs.

My grandmother was a patient in Greystone. She was not the nicest person but the staff at Greystone never let her attitude affect the care she received. She was not the easiest person to get along with but the staff made it seem so easy. Would recommend!!

My 97 year old grandfather was a resident at Greystone and he absolutly loved it. I have been in healthcare for 20 years in various roles and I have never met more compassionate people. He would put songs on his radio and the staff would happily dance with him and even considered him family. He could also speak German and when the Administration found this out put him with a roommate who could also speak the language, so they could converse in that language. My grandfather would constantly compliment every person that cared for him from Adminstration down. When he passed at the facility the staff welcomed our family in from all over the US so we could be with him until the very end. Greystone became his home! Any question that we had the staff answered honestly and concisely. The facility was always so clean and would smell incrediable. I would recommend 100%!!

My 86 yr old father was there to recover from pneumonia. They drugged him heavily and then two nurses DROPPED him while transferring him in the bathroom. He had bloody skinned knees, elbows and knuckles. They said his pneumonia had been eradicated. We had him transferred to another facility, where they immediately rushed him to the hospital. He had a severe bladder infection and his pneumonia was worse. Another week and we'd have had to bury him. Instead, within 2 hrs, he's already 75% better. I've spent 12 years in the nursing field, from Nursing homes, to Assisted Living, to Private Nursing. I've never dropped a patient, ever. How two nurses managed to do it, without the use of a gait belt, is beyond appalling. This home needs to be investigated, thoroughly scrubbed of the incompetence, reyrained, and either put on probation or closed permanently.

My mom was there for rehab. She was left in her bed all day in a darkened room to wet on herself. She only did this because no one answered the call light to assist her to the restroom. She fell here, which happens, but I was not notified for 2.5 days even though I had been up there multiple times. The night shift is amazing, the day shift not so much.
