I am up dating my last post who is below this one. We have a new Director (Michelle) who is making a difference in regards to staying on top of maintenance which we here at the Village are very greatful for.<br>There is a new head of dinning director here from CURA, her name is Jenn. Starting this week a new 5 week menu is coming out for Cannon's Corner Deli. So far the food has improved 50 percent.<br>Yes, there still is problems... staffing being one of them, but this problem is the same at all retirement villages and skilled care/personal care, etc throughout the state.<br>Spiritrust Gettysburg Village can no longer expand with new cottages. You can purchase a cottage an expand by adding a 2nd floor or rearrange floor plan for main level of cottage.<br>We still must share our Residential Nurse with Spiritrust Luther Ridge Village in Chambersburg, PA. Rotating schedule 2 days one week here, 3 days Chambersburg, then reverse schedule.<br><br>Previous posting:<br>If looking for a Spiritrust Village purchase in one of the new villages.<br>Been here since 2015. Maintenance leaves much to be desired and we longer have a Residential Nurse here Monday thru Friday but share her with Luther Ridge Spiritrust. Two days one week, three the next.<br>Have major problem with squirrels and smaller critters eating thru wiring underneath cars.<br>Apartment dwellers have no garage parking available. This year and last have had expensive car repairs
