I really like this doctors office. The staff is friendly and i can always get an appointment in a timely manner. They respond to messages on my portal quickly and answer my questions. I usually see Kristyn and she is very friendly and personable. She really listens to what you're saying and if she doesn't know something she'll find it out for you. I would definitely recommend this place :)

Worst Wellspan experience I’ve ever had. Wendy was so rude and dismissive from the start. From the moment she took us back to the room she made my son feel like he shouldn’t even be there. Like he was a bother to her. The nurse practitioner was very nice and we had zero problems with her but would 100% avoid this office due to Wendy alone. Everyone else was so kind and helpful.

Service and medical care has diminished rapidly and significantly. No doctors in Fairfield Pa. Doctors in Gettysburg are not seeing new patients. Fairfield office is now run by nurses. No doctors in the office. This is poor quality medical care. And AI answers phones. Recommendation: closed down Wellspan. It no longer provides medical care.
