Went to see Unc Bill. He set up camp in the courtyard and had dinner. Detroit loves tacos 2 wasn't too far away. Staff was friendly and the folks being took care of seemed to be in good hands. The place was neat, smelled lovely and had a vending machine! I guess it has a pond.

I have had a 2 week stay at Special Tree for therapy after a fall and resulting fracture. I truly cannot recommend it more highly. All the staff, from nursing to housekeeping, therapy and the nurse aides have been wonderful and did all they could for my comfort and progress to a discharge to home. It truly made all the difference!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Care, Compassion, and an Amazing Team Our family cannot say enough good things about Special Tree Neuro Care Center. From the moment my aunt arrived, she was treated with dignity, compassion, and genuine care. The entire staff consistently goes above and beyond, and it truly shows in the level of dedication they bring every single day. A very special thank you to Katie Urbanek, who did an outstanding job helping us get my aunt admitted and extending her stay. Katie was professional, kind, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. She made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. The physical therapy department deserves tremendous praise as well. Every single therapist was phenomenal—hard-working, patient, and incredibly diligent with my aunt. They showed genuine care for her progress, and she absolutely loved being there. She spoke so highly of the therapists and looked forward to her sessions. What also truly stood out to us is how well this facility treats all of its employees. Special Tree clearly values its staff by doing special things for them, including providing lunches and showing appreciation in meaningful ways. You can genuinely see it in the morale — the employees are happy, engaged, and it reflects directly in the exceptional care they provide. Special Tree is truly a special place. We are beyond grateful for the care, compassion, and professionalism shown to my aunt, and we highly recommend this center to anyone in need of neuro care and rehabilitation.

Special Tree has been wonderful for my son. He has been there ever since his auto accident in 2018. The place is super clean and the staff is attentive and friendly! I was especially grateful for them during covid when visiting was prohibited. Activities makes sure he is occupied when I can't be there.
