This was the most horriable experience! My mom spent 90 days here....she cant walk no more, she fell and broke arm, and developed a pressure ulcer if her heel here. She was dropped in shower. Staff never notified us or her gaurdian. Sicial worker always said shes doing good and then when we arrived another injury. Took 35 days to get her out once we knew what was going on. Referrals sent from their social worker never had complete information to try to get her to another facility. I had to find my own placement for her. There Dr Brooks is a joke as well he told me welll your mom wont be eloping now since she cant walk. Really? Thats not funny, this place destroyed her in her vulnarable state. Tamika DON rude, unprofessional yelling at me the day I removed my mom from there cause i wanted to do skin assessment before she left. She yelled in front of my mom and other residents, in their home. I would not put a dog here! Furthermore I checked her room they didnt pack half of what clothing she had left, since they lost 8o percent of it, they didnt pack her family photos either. 4 hours after i left they called and said we left her winter coat it was behind nursing station. Cause they put it there not us. My moms wallet with ID also came up missing from there. The nurse told me 3 dats before she left she was only eating 30 percent, she was afraid of dehydration and labs were ordered. The labs never got drawn gee i guess it wasnt a priority. The only kind thing i can say is male nurse on days, and female nurse with long braided hair are both kind and caring caregivers. And for the DON she yelled at staff for helping me get my moms things and help coordinate care and discharge. So unprofessional!!!!
