Best independent living/ you will feel like ur on Vacation all the time. Starting from the girl's upfront to the mainst in the back. They all make you feel very welcome. The activity director she has something planned every day. Southwest Mansions is the complete package. The apartments are completely renovated and everthing is new. There is transportation to appointments and shopping. The activity director plans weekly outings to go to eat or a field trip somewhere. There is happy hour every Friday with food, drinks, and entertainment. Birthdays are celebrated each month with a party. They have seasonal parties like a laua, St. Paddy's day, tailgate football kickoff, Halloween, just to name a few. People play cards, domino's, pool, and poker.

Jerry G. Trillo, a proud Vietnam Veteran, and my wife, Danissa T. Trillo, have found a true haven at Southwest Mansions Senior Living. We absolutely love living here because of the spacious 1100 sq. ft. apartments, complete with two bedrooms and two baths, featuring huge walk-in closets and a fully functional kitchen. Each unit comes with its own washer and dryer, giving us the convenience to do laundry anytime.<br><br>The kitchen is a dream with a full stove, oven, and a full-size fridge. The dining options are equally impressive, with three meals a day. Breakfast offers a menu where we can enjoy eggs any style, including omelets with a variety of fillings like bacon, sausage, tomatoes, peppers, onions, and ham. Lunch and dinner feature daily specials along with menu staples like chili hot dogs, cheeseburgers, salmon, onion rings, fried chicken, chef salads, fruit plates, and much more. Plus, the salad bar is a delight, offering an array of fresh choices.<br><br>We appreciate our carport, which protects our vehicle from the elements, and our patio is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and sweet bread, especially when it rains. The community here is wonderful; we’ve made so many friends who make us feel like part of one big happy family.<br><br>Each day, there are numerous activities to choose from, and the on-site physical therapist provides excellent individual training five days a week. Southwest Mansions offers so much that I could write a book about how wonderful it is living here. We couldn’t be happier with our choice.

The administration at S W Mansions is not fully upfront and honest regarding the information given when a situation arises and someone needs to move out before their lease is complete due to health issues and a fall that took place.<br>We were told they were aware of my Mom's situation and that all that was needed was for us to give them a 30 day written notice.<br>Instead we provided more than a 30 day notice ( they added additional days) from the date given and then instead of prorating her rent from the date given charged us for the entire month, although she would not be there the entire month.<br>Communication is very important and there has been none. It needs to be communicated that the rent is calendar month to month, regardless, not calendar day to day.
