I have exceptionally high standards for my facility, but this agency is top of the line. They do not tell me just what I want hear! We are blessed to have Socrates, Joe and Tina, RN, as the team in the building and they are top of the line AMAZING!!! THE RESIDENTS AND STAFF LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS AGENCY!!

Has to be one the worst experiences ever. The reps are rude and arrogant, James has no desire to discuss anything but the next dollar he can make. They don’t care about the actual care they are providing they only care about the money they can make, worst home health company ever! Hard to believe some of the better facilities actually use them. I would never send a family member home them ever. Don’t raise your expectations for them please keep your standards very low!

Our nurses, Tina D and Christina, were so kind, compassionate and professional. They went the extra mile to help us. Even when we had to call the office on a Saturday night, Christina came over quickly. I would recommend Southwest Florida HomeCare to everyone.

So happy with my experience with the Bradenton team! My nurses and therapists are so caring! They let my Dr know their concerns. My doctor has used the Bradenton office. Pleased with the care his pts have received Will definitely use southwest home care the next time I need home care again! Thanks

I agree with the prior 2 review, they are horrible. Communication in the company is horrible, and they've waisted a lot of my time. I've been dealing mostly with the Bradenton office, I believe. They are terrible at getting back to you, and when they do there communicating are inaccurate or incomplete. I had a Physical Therapist basically yell (more like a scolding you would give a child) because of poor communications within their company, and for me following the directions of 2 different doctors (my aunt's primary care and her orthopedic). Fortunately, some employees have gone above and beyond from time to time, but the overall experience is not what one would expect, and often very unprofessional. My impression is that the company has more work than staff, and do there is a domino effect that's affecting almost all aspects of the company.
