Too many wonderful things, Where do I start?! My mom moved in a year and a half ago. I love that it is cozy and the residents are not just known as a room and bed number like some of the big facilities. This home gives off a more comfy private home atmosphere. The residents are treated with dignity, kindness and respect. They have a lot of fun at the dinner table and I love to go visit and spend time with all of them. Lots of laughs and good stories. They are one big happy family and it’s wonderful to see. They also have an excellent chef and top notch caregivers who are the sweetest! The owner goes above and beyond for his residents to make them feed special and welcome. The residents love the beautiful morning doves and hummingbirds that come to the yard for seed. The owner feeds them daily so his residents can have such a wonderful time watching them in the morning. I would highly recommend Southwest Comfort Care!

I have a family member who has been residing at Southwest Comfort Care for the past several years. Sam & his staff have been nothing short of caring, attentive, and responsive to all of my family’s questions and concerns. Highly recommend them.

I could write a novel on this review with all the wonderful things that come to mind. My mom loves it here! These are the most kind and compassionate people I have ever met taking care of her. Sam, the owner is very attentive to the needs of all of his residents. He and his caregivers really do go above and beyond! The home is beautiful and very clean. I spend a lot of time visiting and I have observed lots of laughs between the caregivers and residents. I always see very positive interaction which is so important. I walked in one day to Elvis playing on the tv and one of the caregivers cooking while singing and a few of the residents singing along with her. It made my day! They are all treated like family here. I also love that this is in a residential neighborhood and not a large facility where people can be forgotten. They pay attention to their residents and good quality of life here is definitely present!

I walked through the facility. It is so well run. One of the managers even made me spring rolls. They’re very very nice people. They’re caring people. The owner has been a caregiver since his little brother was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy and built this facility for his Father. This place treats you like family. I Highly recommend it.

While my mom only lived here for a short time before she passed, everyone at Southwest Comfort Care was so kind and helpful. The home is beautiful, and the staff is very nice and caring. They were always willing to answer any questions we had. Thank you to Benjo, Lani, Jessa, and Carmen for taking such good care of my mom.
