I recently visited my aunt at your facility, and I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful care she is receiving. I was truly impressed by how clean and welcoming your facility is, and every staff member I encountered was friendly, kind, and compassionate. It was evident that everyone genuinely cares about the residents. What touched me the most was seeing my aunt with her hair freshly washed and beautifully fixed. She looked so happy and well cared for—honestly, she is feeling and looking the best I have seen her in quite some time. This was my first visit to Southwell Rehabilitation. It is a very cheery, clean facility. The room my aunt is staying in is very spacious with a nice big window looking outside. The hallways are nice and wide and the personnel are very nice and cheerful.

I have had several parishioners who were patients at Southwell Rehabilitation in Adel. You guys could give lessons on how to run a facility. Every-time I go, the facilities are spotless, my folks always brag about the food, and staff members are courteous. Even so, the main purpose of a rehab facility is to help patients get back on track with everyday activities. This is where Southwell Rehab shines. Staff are spot on in working with and encouraging their patients, giving them encouragement and hope as they heal. Keep up the great work Southwell Rehab!
