We had an unfortunate experience that was rectified by a Senior Staff member. The facility is typical of most skilled nursing businesses owned by corporations.

Some of the staff here are very lazy. I come to see my mom for the first time and what I seen unbelievable. She was laying in her bed foul smelling. I had to make them do there jobs today. I had to make them give her a bath and put on on clean clothes on her. DO NOT PUT ANY OF YOUR LOVE ONES HERE! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. THEY CAN CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR LOVE ONES. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR AN HOUR TO GET SOMEONE TO MAKE MY MOM BED AND CHANGE HER IN PUT HER IN HER BED AND I HAVE ALMOST A 2 HOUR DRIVE HOME. NOT TO MENTION I WENT TO THE NURSING STATION TWICE. SHE ALSO HAS OPEN SORES THAT COME FROM THEM NOT CHANGING HER LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TOO. YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM A LAWYER.

Every day for my lunch break I go up to visit my mom I have to park a block away because the employees park in all the spots up front this is nonsense then you have to wait for someone to let you in and wait for someone to let you out so I only get about 15 minutes to spend with her
