Although they were off to a rough start, Grandma asked me to write them an honest thoughtful review. Grandma had an overall pleasant care experience here. She was overwhelmed by the kindness, and the showers are the cleanest she’s ever felt. She wanted to say thank you to her care team, and provide insight to future residents. A special shout out to the wonderful physical therapy team.

If you want a quality of life for loved one trust me, don't bring them to Southridge. 1. If your loved one has a Doe Not Resusitate order they are so untrained they don't follow your loved one wishes. 2. The administrator is uncaring, unprofessional just not very good at what he is suppose to do . 3.The Director of nursing is MIA. 4. Hours wait just to go to the bathroom. 5. Food is horrible. 6. Although there are a few carring soles there they are overworked. 7. A very high percentage of the nurses are untrained and uncaring. Please go elsewhere!!!

Had a great stay for postop, physical therapy care excellent caring staff would highly recommend for postop care thank you staff very much

I waited for 1 hr 15 minutes for someone, anyone to answer my call light. The whole time listening to Aides waking people up, take them to bathroom & get them dressed to go to breakfast. I guess that takes priority over answering call lights & helping people who just want to go to the restroom.

They treated my family friend they made her lay down and then the last three weeks she was there they would hardly work with her when I have asked about it several times and they said would try to work with her and several times I got called from my family friend not to happy and the nurse one of them always not at the desk or on there phones or changed there clothes in the clean laundry room where other sheets and blankets was kept
