Southern Manor Senior Living

Southern Manor Senior Living is an assisted living and memory care community located in Statesboro, Georgia. Founded in 1988, it was the first retirement living center of its kind in Bulloch and surrounding counties and remains locally owned and operated. The community is conveniently situated across from East Georgia Regional Medical Center, approximately 45 miles west of Savannah.

The community offers assisted living with 45 private rooms alongside a memory care residential wing providing 24-hour specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer's and other memory impairments. Southern Manor is staffed with a National Board Certified Assisted Living Executive Director and a National Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner to serve residents and families.

Residents have access to a large sun room, lobby, and lifestyle center. Dining emphasizes comfort and tradition, with all meals prepared on-site, including Southern Manor favorites such as chicken pot pie featuring tender chicken and garden vegetables in a savory cream sauce.

The community offers a lifestyle calendar filled with daily activities designed to bring joy and create meaningful moments. Programming includes games, social gatherings, music, crafts, birthday celebrations, and bingo.
