My uncle smelled so bad when I visited him. He hasn’t been eating the food they serve, so I had to go get food for him myself. Watching him eat the entire meal was heartbreaking and mind-boggling. The way some patients are treated here is unacceptable, especially those who cannot advocate for themselves. The phone is never answered, and the receptionist sits on her phone most of the day. If you truly care about your loved ones, please check on them regularly. Some of the issues I observed include: * Old, worn-out beds * Torn and outdated curtains * Missing bathroom grab handles * Call lights that go unanswered * Dirty conditions throughout the facility * Floorboards that are loose and falling apart Patients deserve dignity, respect, and proper care. Based on what I witnessed, serious concerns need to be addressed immediately. A complaint will be filed with the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and The Joint Commission (JCAHO) so these conditions can be investigated. No patient should have to endure this type of neglect.

My family and I had an excellent experience at this facility. The nursing staff was compassionate, attentive, and always willing to answer our questions. The therapy team worked hard to help our loved one regain strength and independence, and the communication throughout the stay was outstanding. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and the staff treated residents with dignity and respect. We are grateful for the care provided and would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of short-term rehabilitation or skilled nursing services.

Awesome place my grandmother was treated great she had An amazing experience with therapy Frank is the guy!!! The administrator is awesome! She took time to come down and introduce herself! Kitchen manager went over and beyond to accommodate my Grandmothers picky eating request! Building is on the older side But all staffing is great!

South Campus is the absolute best. It really boils down to their care team. They are so incredibly helpful and caring. I truly cannot say enough about their amazing team from the CNAs, nurses, social services, and the administrator and everyone in between, they have been great. Thank you all so much for what you do, you all deserve the world.
