All of the staff so well takes care of my mother every day at Serenata. The health care campus is beautiful and always clean. The food served is excellent (my mom loves it) the nurses call me with updates on her health and medication changes. The caregivers help with her daily needs with compassion and a great attitude. The cleaning crew always have a smile and greet me and my mom as they are cleaning. Even the volunteer staff are friendly in what they all do. Souderton Mennonite home should be your choice when it comes time to quality elder care. My mom is so happy and so am I.

I prematurely placed a negative review on here out of my own impatience. I have since found the staff to be kind and helpful. Mea culpa

They FORCED our dad from a studio to memory care & he did NOT have dementia! We overheard rumors why he was moved there that are unacceptable! THEN… They LOST our television & BEAUTIFUL Amish glider rocking chair when they moved residents to a newly constructed wing. They did notify us and did NOT move our dad’s TV & Amish rocking chair and they LOST IT! When staff was asked they were clueless. Please finds the chair SMH !
