Not a fun place anymore...starting with the craft room it used to be available 24/7 which was brilliant while doing laundry meeting other crafters to help each other ..it also gave us a great space to cut fabric and to double check the cuts are correct...but now Dee has to use it as an office and the doors are locked every night ( I dont blame her for this as she has many expensive items in there) also there is a specific room which is really not livable in unless you plan on covering up with lots of blankets and willing to live with the smell of the trash shute..the food here is now terrible I no longer eat in dinningroom there is very little options for people with any kind of dietary needs there are many other thing wrong but need to say it's just wrong on many levels...the worst part is the new management...she is terrible...rude inconsistent and bring down the moral of the residents and she is very fake she also talks around you and not to you which is ridiculous we are not children here we are grown up adults ...in my view her biggest failure was the night gas was smelt coming from the kitchen...and aide smelt it told a visitor they called 911 then the ED who at 930 pm couldn't be bothered getting up and coming here to find out what had happened..it was a residents phone used for her to talk to a fireman on the phone. There was no effort on her part to find out directly and in person..gas leaks are very very dangerous she should have come here immediately to see first hand...many other issuse as well ...very few people like her...i am planning of moving to a new place ASAP cause this place is no long fun and you hardly hear people laughing...its like a dark oppressing cloud over our heads...when she was on vacation you could tell the cloud was gone and happiness came back...unfortunately it only lasted a week
