My dad has been at Solaris for about 2 1/2 years now and I cannot say enough nice things in regard to the staff that work there. His main nurse Shonda treats him with dignity and great care, but also sings to him daily to help make his day better. We love her. Also, providing wonderful care to him are Lavinia and Angie (I think I have those names correct). Thank you for taking good care of him, it greatly eases our minds that he is safe.

Terrible terrible. I hope to never see that place again. Nurses were great, but the assistants terrible. A great sense from most of the assistant staff "that's not my job" and walk away. I had a terrible incident with one of the assistants. My bed remote adjustment wasn't working and she was immediately frustrated. She said she would have to call maintenance. It was at the lowest setting and I tried to get out of the bed. I was falling and asked her to help and she told me she's not allowed to touch me. I fell back on the bed and she made a comment that " you people can get up and go to the bathroom but now you can't stand. It had been unplugged. Shame on you. I was so upset I regret getting her name but I did complain to the nurses. I had severe edema in my legs. They did nothing to address that issue. I ended up going to ER and readmitted for the edema.

I just wanted to let the facility and any family members needing care to know that as long as they have John (AWESOME CNA, don’t lose him) and Erin the LPN are the greatest team there. When they are both on duty at same time the floor runs so smooth, room and my patient are well taken care of and always in great spirits. They both know there job fields well overly well and understood what type of work that was going to be expected of them, basically it’s not just a PAY CHECK to them they actually care. If I didn’t emphasize it enough John is the Best CNA I’ve came across and Erin is an awesome LPN, I question anything she is right on top of it. My guy is so much happier when he knows Mr. John is on duty❤️ GREAT TEAM WORK GUYS

Highly recommend Solaris. Unusual circumstances landed both myself & my daughter in rehab at the same time. We are grateful to everyone who cared for us from the CNA's, to Virginia our case manager. The nurses were excellent. Physical therapist were great. Great care all around. Facility is nice and clean. I would recommend it to family & friends.
