Solaris Healthcare Lake in Zephyrhills, Has easy parking and makes it extremely convenient to access there front door with a welcoming staff as you walk in. Once you sign in on there easy accessible kiosk, the staff behind the desk is proficiently willing to help direct you on were you have to go for your visit. Once you start with your well advised direction this will lead you to the room you are visiting. This includes a highly welcoming staff asking if you have any questions along the way. Everyone was diligently working going above and beyond to see your satisfaction is guaranteed. The rooms are full of beautiful color and filled with love and care. The environment was to standards of cleanliness and the environmental cleanliness was great. The nurses are understanding to work with as they are dedicated to giving the best care for the patients so they are at full peace. They explained all protocols and conditions that is expected for care and safety monitoring the patients for best Healthcare services for them. My family member was being fed lunch as was heading out. The other members visiting there family members were extremely passionate and respectful. The bathrooms are located on left just as you pass front counter with the keys hanging on the wall at the counter on the left. The bathrooms are kept sanitized and we'll maintained with cleanliness and stock. Upon leaving I am knowing that my family member is in safe hands, and this has truly been the best experience inspired by visiting with there solid structure foundation. Their hard work ethic definitely shows how their organization is in complete flow. Thank You Solaris for your organization of Healthcare you provide this is truly a great establishment. GOD BLESS

This facility requires serious improvements: 1. The nursing staff. Nurses some care some don’t. Nurses at this facility fall into the later. There is no sense of urgency or compassion when it comes to address patient’s request pr timing of medication. 2. Cleanliness- Unfortunately, my experience with the facility was disappointing. The building often smelled extremely unpleasant, and cleanliness standards appeared way below our expectations. A healthcare facility should provide a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for patients and families. Andrea the Social service and Jim the supply director were the only ones that cared to address our concern. We had to move our Dad to a different facility.

Staff is always friendly, helpful and available to assist whenever needed. Nurses and cna's put up with a lot from cranky old people, but keep their patience and friendly attitude. Patients are pretty well cared for and I've never visited and seen anything concerning or disturbing. PT, hair salon and various activities are available for patients.

To begin with i read the reviews b4 my mom got there. I was concerned.My mother has been there for some days now. I got to visit for the 1st time this week. The front clerk was perfectly helpful & welcoming. As I made my way towards the back I pass an area filled with elderly people having a good time. The sound of enjoyment. Going forward I pass nurses on their phones, or talking 2 each other(not work related) the stinch in the air, the sound & feeling of dread. . not 1 staff member looked up from their phones or greeted me nor other people that were their visiting as well. The transformation from the front into the back is Unsettling. I got to my mom. Visited for awhile. Food is tasteless my mom said. Pushed the call bell 4 xs it had to have been 20mins. No one came! I had 2 go grab a nurse & tell her my mom wanted back in bed. I'll deff keep an eye on ur loved ones here. I know I will be.

My wife is getting rehab after falling. I was present while she was getting physical therapy.The care and motivation was outstanding, I was concerned she would not get better until I saw how they cared and motivated her(and me). I went from fear and hopelessness to joy and confidence that she will get better and return home to me.
