This is by far the best rehab/nursing home I have ever visited. My mama is in rehab there and her care team is phenomenal. They answer her call button within just a few minutes and are always stopping by her room to check on her. I've seen them doing it in several rooms that have no visitors there so I know that is their standard of care. Also, everything is so clean and well kept and doesn't have that "nursing home" odor. I'm so glad my brother found this gem of a place.

My mom has currently been in rehab here for a week. Everyone has been really amazing with her. They take very good care of her , and they truly do care about her and her well being and getting her better , so she can come home. I really appreciate everything. All of you are doing at solaris to make mom stay and rehab, extremely nice and easier for her to be there.Going through what she's going through is not easy , especially when people are horrible to you. I am very grateful that you all have taken such good care of her.Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. C wing is the bomb!Thank you guys and gals so much!! And by the way, she said, your food is really good as well. Nowhere near the hospital food thank you for that as well.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience overall. My rehab team, Analis and Carla, were excellent and very supportive throughout my stay. Several staff members stood out for providing respectful and attentive care—Lyn (3–11 nurse), Colleen (7–3 nurse), Katie (7–3 CNA), and Takisha (11–7 CNA). Tiffany was always responsive and handled all my concerns quickly, and Bailey made my discharge process extremely smooth. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The overnight (11–7) shift—aside from Takisha—could use more awareness when entering rooms at night. Turning on overhead lights while patients are sleeping was disruptive and not ideal. The beds were also not very comfortable, and I was not allowed to use a mattress pad, which led to back discomfort that lasted even after I left. The food was another downside, as it lacked fresh fruits and vegetables and was overall disappointing. Despite these issues, I would still consider choosing this facility again for future rehabilitation needs due to the quality of care provided by much of the staff.

My sister and I want to give our deepest thanks to the incredible care team at Solaris, C Wing—especially Linh, Meghan, and Tracy. During one of the most difficult times for my family, they provided attentive, compassionate, and truly thoughtful care for our mother- who was there for one month until she passed away. They listened to every concern, treated her with dignity, and showed genuine kindness in everything they did. I want to give special thanks to Linh, who took the time to speak with me over the phone and explain what was happening with my mother as I lived out of state. Her patience, clarity, and compassion meant more than she knows. The entire team went above and beyond, and we are deeply grateful for the care they provided. We highly recommend Solaris C Wing for their dedication and heart.

I'm on my third time at Solaris all by my choice. The staff has been pretty much the same each of my trips. They all work well together with team being the key word here. This facility is sooooo. Neat and clean. When you come here you only have two things that matter. One is getting better and the other thing you need to make it through the day is food. The dietician Lori, and her staff of fifteen to twenty assistants make each meal feel like a banquet. Where she gets the variety of entrees and the quality of the meals she really is a miracle worker. When the meals are being served you will find Lori moving room to room making sure the food is hot, correct and on time.with this being said I can devote all my work to recovery. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
