We recently toured Solace Glen at Cypresswood while looking for a place for my mother-in-law. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone we interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They took their time walking us through the community, answering all of our questions, and making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. This is a big and emotional transition for our family, and what really stood out was how the team made it feel less overwhelming. It felt like they were willing to walk alongside us through the entire process—not just as a facility, but as a support system. The community itself felt warm, inviting, and well cared for. You can tell they take pride in creating an environment where residents are treated with dignity and compassion. Overall, we left feeling reassured and at ease, which means so much during a time like this. We’re very grateful for the kindness and attention we received and would absolutely recommend taking a tour if you’re considering options for a loved one

10/10 !!! I can honestly say this community stands out. It’s always clean, peaceful, and feels like home the moment you walk in. The staff goes above and beyond! They’re not just doing a job, they truly care about the residents and it shows in everything they do. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with respect, kindness, and genuine attention, this is it. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable for the level of care and service you receive. I would highly recommend this community to anyone.

What an amazing place! I met the new leadership team recently. I was really impressed with their knowledge and passion in caring for dementia patients. The nurses Tracy and Cherri are some of the best. I was so impressed just walking through the door by the receptionist Chase— her smile sure lit up the whole front lobby!😄 The food smelled amazing ! The sounds of laughter and music made me feel like this home is a place of fun and filled with workers who are happy to be there! I would definitely check it out if you are looking for a place for your senior.

Wonderful updated community in the Spring area. New management team and staff offer wonderful and compassionate care to the residents in the community. If you’re looking for a great memory care community for your loved one, Solace Glen at Cypresswood is a great place to start!

My mother has lived at Autumn Leaves for two years. She has had a wonderful experience. The staff is very kind and loving and they treat her like family. The chef is world class and provides a balanced meal for the residents. The staff hosts a lot of activities for the residents as well as for residents and family. The activities give family a chance to meet and bond with other family members. I have an access pass to the building and can come at any time to visit and check on my mother. My mother is paralyzed and at her previous facility, she was often relegated to her room because she is not mobile. At Autumn Leaves my mom is almost always out in the common areas with the other residents. The staff are easy to contact and they are constantly checking to see if my mother’s situation changes and if she has any needs that I or the medical staff need to know about.
