Not impressed so far. The rooms stiflingly hot, no air circulation, nurses no where in sight and our loved ones laying here in pain. There are flies in here and it smells. And they don't seem to understand how to treat a hospice patient. The only nurse here says she can't come in the room because she got banned from the room for being rude.

I would never ever recommend putting a loved one in this facility. They are rude and obviously does not care about the people that live here.

Smoky Hill is a death sentence for your loved ones, DO NOT send them there. They do not care and it shows as we just literally lost a loved one today due to their neglect.

Smoky Hill has really updated the place in the last couple of years!!! I have had several friends stay there and had there parents stay there as they age and it has been a great experience! They have a nice inviting common space and have made some great improvements outside!

Smoky Hill Health & Rehab – Caring Environment With Room to Grow Smoky Hill Health and Rehab has provided a warm and supportive environment for my loved one, and I truly appreciate the dedication of the staff. The team is compassionate, patient, and works hard to ensure residents feel safe and cared for. The facility has a welcoming atmosphere, and it’s clear that many of the employees take pride in the work they do. While our overall experience has been very positive, there is still some room for improvement—particularly in consistency of communication and ensuring that all staff follow through in a timely manner. Addressing these areas would help make an already good facility even better. Overall, I’m grateful for the care and kindness shown at Smoky Hill Health and Rehab. With a few refinements, it has the potential to become exceptional.
