Two words “BED BUGS”. Every few months this place has a bedbug infestation. Cleaning here is mediocre at best, and if they half clean the facility imagine how dedicated they are to the cleanliness of the residents. People left sitting in recliner chairs drenched in urine and covered by bed pads. Call lights unanswered for hours, food is inedible and always late, nurses that refuse to get up from the desk when asked for help. Medication not given on schedule and sometimes not given at all. This used to be a five star facility what happened?

Unsafe and the maintenance man doesn't live in town. Yeah not putting loved ones there. Salina KS is not helping any part of the community. Why would you think an establishment that doesn't have the fire alarms and security system it should have. I would rather keep my loved ones in their homes and take care of them myself. Why would I ever trust holiday resorts. Salina regional is failing the community as well. I want my kids and grandparents to have a safe future. Salina Kansas is failing at everything to sustain a community for everyone to live and be safe.

My purpose for posting this review is to share my findings after touring this facility to place my mother in a temporary rehab prior to coming home after hospital treatment. The front office was open with no one there..with personal and financial records thrown everywhere. Hoarders ?? HIPAA violations are costly.. so is identify theft. .I spoke with Mark the administrator. Hopefully this will be resolved. First impressions start from the get go.Very concerned that the rest of the facility is just as chaotic.

My husband recently spent over two months in their rehab unit,In spite of dealing with Covid and staff shortage he received excellent care. The staff was warm and made his stay there a good experience. It says a lot when he was kind of sad to leave because they looked after him so well.

Was only there a short time but I have been to a few other places and this was the cleanest and seemed to have the happiest residents. Location is beautiful.
