My mom spent a little over a week at Simpsonville Post Acute Care, and our experience was very positive. The facility was clean both inside and out, and the hallways were always clutter-free. My mom stayed in a private room, which was cleaned daily by the environmental services team.The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout her stay. They took excellent care of my mom and made sure all of her needs were met. Call lights were answered promptly, and her pain medication was administered without delay whenever she needed it. One thing that really stood out was the kindness and compassion of the staff. My aunt spent long days at the facility helping care for my mom, and on more than one occasion, the staff offered her a meal tray because they noticed she had been there all day. That small gesture meant so much to our family.<br>Physical therapy worked with my mom every day, and she often said they gave her a great workout. It was encouraging to see the progress she made during her stay.Overall, our time at Simpsonville Post Acute Care was worthwhile and played an important role in my mom's recovery. We are grateful for the care she received and would confidently recommend this facility to anyone in need of post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing care.
