I would 100% recommend Brightondale. The staff really care about the residents and treat them with kindness, respect, dignity, and compassion. They do so many outings and offer a wide variety of enrichment activities to keep the residents active and engaged. My late mother, who suffered from dementia, was very happy there.

Things went mostly well until my mom returned from transition care. After that they charged us 1,000.00 a day, wouldn't provide us with a detailed invoice and wanted to charge us extra for example: putting her food within reach for her. She could walk to restroom but they wouldn't even try to help her with this. My message to you is be aware of increased fees after transitional care.

This is a very amazing place. If you are looking around for a senior facility for your loved ones, trust me, look no further. At Brightondale you will be content with the quality your loved one will be getting. Excellent management, happy jovial good hearted staff who go above and beyond to make the residents happy and well cared for. The director is just amazing.

Visited my grandpa. I have been here a few times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. My grandpa talks about them by name! So I know they take good care of them. Great place
