After visiting other nursing homes I can say the staff at this facility in transition care was amazing. Completely professional while super friendly. Great stay for Ron at NBCC - hopefully he will never return Particular thank you to both therapy teams and the nurse and nurse assistances who happily helped with any/every task. He particularly enjoyed the outdoor gardens and the visit from baby goat

We are so pleased with the care our son has received at the New Brighton Care Center. The staff are caring and happy. The therapists are skilled and keep us informed of his progress. This is an old building but it is very clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this facility.

In the long term section the staff are all rude and disrespectful towards me this was my lunch meal chicken patty milk and peaches and dinner was a peace of cake and milk I wouldn’t go back there if my life depended on it this place needs to be shut down it’s not safe

I use to provide hospice massage therapy around the twin city area. I have been to several communities and observed how staff handle different situations. My sister is a resident of New Brighton Care Center. And even though it is an old building and there is not much room for her material items. All - of the the staff - are exceptionally superb - Did I say "ALL" - yes I did. I believe that my sister is getting the best skilled nursing care at New Brighton Care Center and I would not be able to give her the care she deserves without these awesome wonderful people on my team.

The staff at NBCC are phenomenal! They are pleasant, helpful, friendly and have accomplished more progress with dad’s therapies and rehab then all of the previous care centers he’s been in this last couple of months. Kudos and a great big thank you!
