By looking at the place yep it is beautiful. Some of the nursing staff was awesome with my dad when he was there, BUT!!!! There was staff nurses there that we had problems with. On one morning my dad at around five in the morning hit his call button, and mickey mouse ears came in shuts my dad's call button off and told my dad he had to wait. My dad couldn't WAIT. With this person she has one bad additude and for whatever reason disliked my dad. When she told him he had to wait and she left she NEVER returned back to get him to the bathroom. Another nurse copped a tude all because my dad wanted a stinking spoon. I told her you know we have a camera up in his room here and we can hear everything you say? She said yeah I know. I was like oh hell to the no. The night before my dad past he slipped into a coma. He laid in the same position all night long. Staff was in and out of his room and by watching the video he went into a coma. It is apparent the nursing staff is NOT trained in knowing when someone slips in a coma. Im having a VERY hard time dealing with my dad's death. Had staff recognized my dad had fall into a coma they could have called family and we could have been by his side before he died to say good bye to him. You put family in any place like this put a camera up because you will be amazed at how staff is towards your loved one and cameras are LEGAL in place in the room.
