My insurance switched over and I have been going back and forth with the insurance company and then Natalie hunt came into the picture. She told me that she had talked to them and took care of the paperwork. Personally, I called and found out that she did in fact take care of it. They needed a bit more information. She took care of it right then and there. It was a pleasure dealing with her and having her deal with the insurance company I would recommend anybody to go to silver springs and have Natalie take care of your problems. She's genuinely concerned she was also very professional and nice

My experience is wonderful working here with the staff and patients! I have enjoyed working for this company. When I call in, they always help and we resolve things together. Lindsey has been there since I started and she has gone out of her way to make sure I had all my notes turned and and correct. If she can't answer the phone, she always returns my calls and messages. I highly recommend working as a nurse for Silver Spring. They really do actually care in the Private Duty Department.

I've used this company for prob about 2-3 years now. Lyndsey and Angel has really made my experience really good. They've both been very attentive in making sure my daughters alotted hours are being provided. They have gone over the top to make sure to let her know happy birthday and merry Christmas. It's just the thoughtfulness that has made a significant difference. When I had my youngest baby they took time to check on me and my oldest. They did more for me then our previous company. They have worked really hard to find nurses who are a good fit for our family. I'm very greatful that they have such good staff. I would say, Lyndsey, Cassandra and Angel have really made me very happy with this company and I would recommend them to others. This is very good company that cares about it's patients. Also they're good at problem solving if issues do arise they take time to help resolve they don't sweep under rug and they listen and value their clients. Very very pleased. 10/10 also Lola has been very kind and even offered to help with my move recently. Very sweet gesture. Over all this company is outstanding. I think Lyndsey should get a raise for how hard she works because every time I've called with an issue she's been on top of it!
