I brought my mom here to Circle of Friends after a year long stay at one of the so called high end facilities. She had Dementia. A wonderful staff member at the other big facility knew I was unhappy with my mom’s care and recommended this home to me. I was a little hesitant because it was a home vs facility but I will tell you it was the best decision I’ve ever made! I guarantee you the care here surpasses those high end facilities. The owner is an RN and she and her family run it along with a couple of other hired caregivers. They’re a Christian family and truly loved on my mom and cared for her deeply. I no longer worried about whether she was eating, getting bathed regularly, or that her medication was given on time, the right dose or that they were following the latest doctor ordered medication list. It’s in a clean, well kept, loving, quaint home environment. It reminded me of staying at a Bed and Breakfast with the same kind of friendly attention given to each guest. The owner’s daughter would come and play the piano on different occasions. Mom was there during Christmas and it was such a wonderful experience. My mom started eating again with their home cooked meals. I finally felt at ease knowing she was getting the best loving care possible. My only regret is that I didn’t find this place sooner than I did. I was truly blessed finding Annie and this awesome home with amazing care! I would pick this place for myself over that high end facility any day! I highly recommend it!
