I would give no stars if possible. I stayed here for about a month due to health complications and was treated very poorly. If you love someone do not send them here. Edit: (I am absolutely talking about the Silver Heights in Castle Rock, Colorado and this is a real account, them trying to make it seem as if my experience here is false is even more reason not to send your loved ones here).

I had to move my husband to a higher level of care. My neighbor had two family members at Silver Heights and felt both of them received excellent care. When I met the Admissions Coordinator I knew she was a real gem. She spent time with me, answered all my questions, had worked there for many years, and she really loved her job. The overall impression of staff is they enjoy their work a great deal and engage warmly with the residents. It is a joy to watch the activity director interact with people and the activity schedule of events is impressive for its scope and creativity. My husband considers Silver Heights his “home” and states “the staff take good care of him”. I feel welcomed when I visit and my requests are carried out. It is apparent the administrative team is superb. I would recommend Silver Heights without hesitation.

My first review...and all because I love Silver Heights so much! My mom was in a bad way when we enrolled her here. She couldn't walk and was on a concerning decline. After a few months of their pulmonary therapy and physical therapy she was up walking again. The staff and administration are remarkable. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!!

Silver Heights is an excellent skilled nursing facility! We have been so happy with the care our dear friend has received there. You can tell that the staff genuinely cares about the residents and does so many fun things with them. Over Christmas week we were so impressed with how many volunteer groups came to give gifts and visit with the residents. It made MY Christmas! We transferred her from a building that looked a lot nicer (and was more expensive), but her care was so poor. Silver Heights is in an older building, but the care is 5 stars. Don't just this book by the cover! Thank you, Silver Heights!

I just placed my dad there. I pleasantly surprised at the great care my dad is receiving. Everyone is very compassionate and kind. this has been a difficult decision to make. They have been great with the transition. I am very comfortable having my dad there. Thank you
