Management just had a contractor in to clean all windows and screens. With 105 apartments and at least 3 windows to an apartment, plus all the windows in the common areas, this was a big job. The contractor did a very good job. Nice to get able to look out through nice clear windows at our nice yards.

The On Call maintenance man came Saturday am for a water leak under my sink. Evidently a water “hose” was not tight and it made a huge mess under my sink and on the floor. I appreciated his response. I guess he didn’t get the cold water turned on all the way. Now it is running very slow and I need another request

This is an excellent facility! The administration is fantastic. Very helpful to all of the residents. The facility is very inviting, super clean and modern!

This place is a joke! Management is terrible. The food is horrible. And they do not provide the housekeeping as promised to the residents.
