Very friendly, caring staff. Your facility was very organized, clean and welcoming. And didn't smell like a bunch of old, sick people. I would consider recommending it to others.

They don’t drug test their employees due to stuff being “legalized”. Would you want your family member or loved one to be cared for by someone who may be high? The facility reeks of urine, call lights stay on for half an hour. Management is awful there.

My Mother is staying there for rehab, so that she can come home. The Staff are Awesome, Friendly and helpful. Also, It's one of the Cleanest nursing home/rehabilitations, That I've ever been in. She is very happy there, Which is Less stress on me, especially since I can't be there daily. They even let me bring her "babies" up - 2 full size dogs, The residents loved it. It's short staffed, as are All these types of places, but the Staff does their Best to compensate for it.

Very impressed with my visit today, very clean, no offensive smells, staff was great, interior was fresh and had an overall inviting atmosphere. I left as they were serving dinner (food looked good). The staff was not only helpful to me checking in and directing me to my loved one’s room, but the way they interacted with the clients was gratifying to see, the caregivers are a true blessing to not only the clients, but to loved ones. Thank you.

The staff at Silver City Care Center are very helpful, kind, and friendly. My mother was there for about three years and my father has been there for about the past year. The attention given to my parents goes above and beyond. For example... My father is allergic to laundry detergent and was in great discomfort and distress. Becky generously offered to take his clothes home to double rinse out the detergent. It is very comforting and reassuring to know that my loved ones are being cared for so well when I live far away in California. I thank everyone who works at Silver City Care Center from the bottom of my heart. You are a wonderful group of people.
