They really care about their patients. I would have no problem using their services for a loved one. Speaking of patience, theirs seems infinite in the face of dementia produced bad behavior. We drive 2 hours each way just because they're so good. (the father in law is why I know)

Since placing my mother here in September, I have witnessed firsthand how caring and intentional the nurses, CNA’s, Housekeepers, Maintenance and Office workers are. Everyone is kind and shows my mom individual care. The Activities Team are constantly looking for ways to engage the residents and will ask for feedback from family. It has been a positive experience for us at a time when things looked pretty bleak. I appreciate everyone here and am so thankful that since it is necessary for my mother to be in a facility, we found this one.

The staff is wonderful and they work so hard for the residents there. Everyone is treated like family. I especially appreciate Kayla and her diligence in helping with TennCare.
