Signature Healthcare has been an incredible place to send my family members! The administration and nursing staff are caring and supportive of the transitions we have experienced. It's important that I can depend on the team to help my family when I'm not able to be there. It is comforting knowing they will reach out at anytime to update me on new information. The food was great too! I highly recommend this community if you need skilled care and a team who puts patients first.

BEWARE…The pictures online of this facility looks beautiful! Even when you walk in the front door the facility looks clean. However as soon as you turn the corner everything changes. We have a love one who has been there for approximately 2 months now and since then it has been nothing but a terrifying and very sad experience. Her husband has spoken with management but to no avail has anything improved. Our love one has “so call” fallen several times which we’re still trying to comprehend from all the bruises on her. There is also gnats in her room all the time. The staff barely change her diaper on a regular basis and now she has developed bed sores. The wound care nurse never has time to address this issue because she always say she’s too busy. Our love one has dementia therefore some of the nurses, CMA’s staff do not want to attend to her because she may be combative depending on how her mind is operating for that moment or day. Therefore they constantly keep her drugged on medication which causes her to miss meals and as a result of that she has lost so much weight. You do find some staff who are kind and compassionate but that is very few in between so if you plan on having your love one there please do your homework. Let them show you around the ENTIRE facility because some areas do look better than other areas and make sure you visit your love one often because if you don’t the likelihood of them being neglected is 100% unfortunately!! 😔
