I am a hospice nurse that comes in twice a week to provide additional services for a patient that resides at Quail Ridge, and I can attest to the excellent staff, cleanliness, and helpfulness of all of the employees at this facility. There are several facilities in the Memphis area that do not even come close to the Care that is provided at Quail Ridge. I enjoy my visits at this facility, the only negative is I don’t have more patients to take care of at this facility. 😉😊

We appreciate the staff's interaction and care for our loved one. Holly and Tamara have especially gone out of their way to personalize her care, and their patience and hard work is much appreciated. Jeremy has also worked to make sure meals are personalized to our mom's preferences. Thank you for making your patients a priority. ♥️

My mother has been here a year. I visit two to three times a week and I must say the professionals that take care of her are outstanding. I can honestly say I have never had one negative event. The staff has been fantastic from the first day and the facility is exceptional!
