Robinwood is a nice and welcoming independent living facility with a lot of potential. The environment is pleasant, and it seems like a comfortable place for residents. Unfortunately, I was given information during the decision process that turned out to be inaccurate, which felt misleading. When I raised the concern with corporate, I only received an apology for “miscommunication” without a real resolution. There appears to be new management coming in, so I’m hopeful things will improve. For now, we’re giving it 6–9 months and will reevaluate based on our experience. I would recommend that others ask detailed questions and get everything in writing before signing a lease.

There truly aren’t enough words to express how wonderful Robinwood Retirement Resort is. From the moment I walked through the front door and met Connie and her amazing staff, I knew I had found the perfect place for my mom. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care immediately put my heart at ease. Robinwood doesn’t feel like a facility—it feels like home. The staff goes above and beyond to make every resident feel valued, respected, and loved. From the delicious meals to the fun activities and social events, there is always something to brighten the day. The building itself is beautiful, welcoming, and filled with an energy that makes you feel at peace the minute you walk inside. Most importantly, my mom is genuinely happy here. She has made new friends, stays active, and is cared for in a way that gives me comfort knowing she is safe and thriving. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for her to call home, and I will forever be grateful to Connie and the entire Robinwood team for the incredible work they do each and every day.
