My mother was released a couple weeks ago from Signature. At first, I was a little reluctant; but her attitude and approach was what mattered. And she shined bright here. The help she received from the staff and PT and OT therapists was priceless. Thank you all for your help with building her confidence and teaching her how to approach living! I would recommend Signature! Thank you all!

My brother spent over 20 days at signature healthcare. This place is unacceptable and some of the CNA’s and RN’s are lazy. A slow response to my brother needs. RN Lucy, RN Kelsea and CNA Cat. These nurses are too good to be in a place that has so many issues…

This facility is unacceptable from me walking into her room seeing the floor unswept the smell of unclean air and the water in bathroom smelled! I was unable to wash the smell off my hands. This is unacceptable. The breakfast tray was still there from my time of arrival at 11:00am and remained there until 1:00pm. I took the tray into the kitchen myself and left. She didn’t get a bath until 2:15pm, at that point I had went to the store and returned with items to clean myself. I had already wiped down the bed, chair, wall, windows, and bathroom area(s). I will be glad when she can go home. A very concerned love one….

My Dad was their for 5 days. They called to tell me he passed away. There was no empathy at all. Not even a sorry for your loss. All the nurse wanted to know was he going to the morgue or to the funeral home. It made me feel like they don't care about the people there. Just there to get a paycheck. I will say was always greeted when we walked in and the nurse I spoke to was nice. Just that last impression sticks in my head.
