Signature Home Health provides amazing therapy to our memory care residents at HomePlace Memory Care. They also provide ongoing training to our staff. John, the community liaison, is super responsive and always just a call away when we need their support.

I had physical therapy, mostly to keep myself moving after I broke my neck. Both Matt and Reese were very professional and, more importantly, understanding about my limitations. Yet their weekly visits kept me motivated and moving. Thank you. 😊

We had a nurse support when we first brought Cecile home. They showed us how to monitor her skin conditions and how to avoid bed sores and in general were a great help. We had Occupational Therapy specialists for a few visits, but then the lead left, so that ended. The Physical Therapists were great and showed us how to help Cecile retain physical flexibility and how to start helping her to walk. We had Speech Therapy that confirmed her speech skills and showed us how to move her away from tube feeding to real food, which she is now enjoying. Good staff, good skills, compassionate and caring.

Aside from a couple of scheduling glitches, we had a very good experience with Signature. The PTs and the ST were knowledgeable, professional, and personable. They did a great job of gently guiding while engaging and motivating my husband, who is recovering from a TBI. Thanks to them, he made impressive progress.
