This is an amazing facility.
The staff takes excellent care of the patients. Care is individualized to meet the needs of each patient. Not forgetting the welcoming environment.
It feels like a home away from home.

After nearly two months at this facility following my dad's heart surgery, I can honestly say we couldn't have asked for a better place for him to recover. From the moment he arrived, the staff made him feel welcome and cared for. The facility, itself, is a little on the older side, but the attention and kindness Dad received more than made up for it. The staff worked diligently on his strength and balance, and were equally attentive to making sure he was well-fed, comfortable, and never lacking for anything he needed. Every single person we encountered was warm, encouraging, and genuinely helpful. My dad's been in other rehab facilities before, but they were far from home & made regular visits quite a hardship for our family. Having a place of this caliber so close to us has meant everything. We're deeply grateful for the care he received, and if he ever needs this level of support again, we wouldn't hesitate to bring him back. Hopefully that day never comes -- but it's a real comfort knowing it's there if it does.

My wife stayed at the Shoreline Health & Rehabilitation Center for one week while recovering from surgery, and we were very satisfied with both the facility and the care she received. The staff clearly cared about the comfort and well being of their patients. Everyone we interacted with—from therapists and nurses to the administrative team—was helpful, attentive, and genuinely invested in supporting her recovery.
My wife was treated with kindness throughout her stay, and the therapists’ upbeat, encouraging attitudes made a real difference during her sessions.
An added benefit is that UW has a program where a LNP and physician visit the facility regularly to follow up on patients that were discharged from the UW hospital.
There are a couple of minor downsides: the building is on the older side, and parking can be challenging at times. However, these are small issues compared to the excellent quality of care provided at the Shoreline Health & Rehabilitation Center.
