Please think twice before sending your loved one to this facility. But if I knew then what I know now, my loved one would have never been in a nursing home at all.<br><br>Our experience was nothing like what was promised. The facility is beautiful and looks inviting. However, that’s far from the truth. Families are told their loved ones will receive quality care, therapy, activities, compassion, and dignity. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.<br>My loved one was confined to one room for their entire stay. That’s right, their ENTIRE stay! Not once were they taken outside or to an activity despite activities being promoted as part of resident care. Weeks would go by without proper bathing, and my family often found ourselves bathing and changing our loved one because basic care was not being provided consistently.<br>Call lights meant nothing. We were told firsthand how understaffed the facility was, and it showed. They could not keep employees, resulting in a constant rotation of agency nurses and aides who did not know the residents they were caring for. Aides were disconnecting our loved ones tube feed instead of getting the nurse.<br>One of the most alarming situations involved a nurse nearly administering the wrong medication. We were assured that the nurse would never care for our loved one again, yet she continued to be assigned to them. Also, no consequences were taken! We attended meeting after meeting hoping things would improve, but nothing meaningful ever happened.<br>The Director of Nursing and Medical Director were both made aware of our concerns on multiple occasions. Despite numerous meetings, discussions, and opportunities to address the issues we raised, we saw little to no meaningful change. From our experience, the Medical Director’s involvement appeared minimal, and there was little indication that he was fully aware of the day-to-day issues affecting residents or the concerns repeatedly brought forward by families. It took our family seven months to finally speak to the Medical Director (also the doctor of the residents).<br>We documented everything. All emails, conversations, photographs, videos, and camera footage. What we witnessed was unacceptable and heartbreaking. Concerns were repeatedly brought to facility leadership, corporate leadership, and even trying to contact the CEO. Multiple calls were made to the CEO seeking assistance and accountability, yet those calls were never returned. Our latest email request was to speak to the CEO.<br>We also experienced situations where our loved one was injured, including multiple falls resulting in a head injury, and not being sent to the hospital yet communication with our family was completely unacceptable. Families should never have to wonder whether they will be notified when something happens to their loved one.<br>What upset us most was the lack of dignity, compassion, and accountability. Every resident deserves proper care, respect, and a quality of life. Families should not have to constantly monitor care to ensure their loved one’s basic needs are being met.<br>My advice to anyone considering this facility is simple: document everything! Keep records of every conversation, every concern, every incident, and every promise made. Had we not documented our experience, many of these issues would have gone unnoticed.<br>This review reflects our personal experience. I will continue speaking out because residents deserve better, families deserve transparency, and accountability matters.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. My loved one was there for months and only saw one place:their room!! They weren’t allowed to go outside, they weren’t allowed to do other things the other people were allowed to do. The workers were rude, ignorant, and constantly lied to me and my family about the current state of things. They were rude to my loved one, and there is evidence of this because luckily, we had a ring camera installed in the room. Make sure to avoid this place. Don’t even make it a last resort. Never send your loved one to this place. If I could, I’d give ZERO stars.<br><br>#Fight4What’sRight

Very clean and staff was very informative and kind.
