My father hospiced there. The staff was kind and gentle. Hats off to clergy. They were very comforting to him. Staff seemed happy. Facility was clean and beautiful. Grounds were beautiful. I even had a manatee pop its head up and snort at me. Staff was accommodating…I would enjoy working with a staff like them them. lol

I visited Shell Point for the first time to see my grandma, who lives in The Enclave. The security staff at the gatehouse were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They helped me get to where I needed to go. A special thank you to Security Officer Pedro Delgado for the great customer service. Overall, it was a great experience.

Beautiful property, nice facilities but if you have family members here DO NOT leave your family jewelry or valuables with them. Along with several others We have had family heirlooms stolen from workers at this facility! We were notified by Shell Point but nothing was done to help our family recover our stolen items.<br><br>Rather than building more multi million dollar high rises try paying your CNAs a better hourly wage so they do not feel the need to steal from the residents?<br><br>Clear bags, random employee bag checks whatever it is, you need to come up with a plan to do better Shell Point.<br><br>It’s unacceptable and upsetting for the amount of money families spend to put their love ones in your care. They shouldn’t be robbed!!!!
