My family has had a wonderful experience with Cape West. The staff truly care about the residents and treat them like family. Everyone is kind, patient, and always willing to help, which means so much to us.<br><br>The home is clean, comfortable, and has such a warm atmosphere. It gives our family real peace of mind knowing our loved ones are in a place where they are cared for and respected every day. We are very grateful for the team at Cape West.

My mom stayed at Cape West for four years and honestly, it was the best decision we made. She always talked about how nice everyone was and how they really took care of her. The place is always clean and well-kept, and they did their best to make it feel like home. Every time I visited, she seemed genuinely happy and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Cape West took amazing care of my grandmother for three years, and I can’t thank them enough. The staff was always kind, attentive, and made her feel at home. They treated her like family, and it gave me such peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. The facility is clean and comfortable, and she always spoke highly of the meals and activities. Truly grateful for the love and support they showed her.
