Finding a place for our Mom to live as she entered the next stage of her life, was the hardest and most stressful thing our family had to do. When we walked into Loves II and met with Cindy and Oryan Garcia. Our fears and anxiety turned to confidence and relief. The facility was superclean. I watched the staff, I saw the care and compassion that everyone received equally. They were also preparing a home cooked meal that smelled awesome. As we continued our meeting, Cindy and Oryan were very detailed to make sure that all of Mom's needs would be met from her care to her finances. In this moment we knew Mom was home. Mom has been living at Loves for over two years now. There has been times when she needed medical attention. In these moments Cindy or Oryan have contacted me immediately with excellent results. During the last hurricane they were in constant communication with me so I didn't need to worry about Mom. There are no words to express our gratitude. When Mom became a resident, she became part of a wonderful family that our family is part of too. Thank you for everything you do everyday, words just aren't enough. Anne Harrington
