2 bedroom apartment is very nice, with a good amount of storage. Building is clean. Everyone in the building is friendly. It’s quiet. Cathy is so helpful and accommodating to me while I wait to get my dryer fixed. My family is very happy here!

You have to pay for professional carpet cleaning when you move out and proof of yearly cleaning by a professional. (Who ever of leaving a place you rent and having to pay for professional carpet cleaning???) They will find ways to keep your 950 deposit. Deduct 30 dollars if oven dirty, dust on fridge deduct 30 dollars, you have to clean baseboards and buy new stove filter and drip pans for stove too. Pay 2 days extra for carpet to dry before inspection. Sad. Avoid this place. See new drip pans I was told they weren’t new. (Save your receipts). Sad.

I lived there temporarily while waiting to purchase a home. The place was quiet and close to many stores and Stony Creek Park, which was a plus. Also great was that the units had their own washer and dryer. The common areas were very nicely decorated but the apartments themselves were subpar in their choice of building material , from the doors to the carpet and cabinets. It lacked a storage area which is really needed as these apartments do not seem as large as stated. Also, we kept losing power throughout the year. At the drop of a snowflake, the power would go out for days. The hall and common areas were kept clean and it didn't have that apartment smell unless someone was cooking. The grounds were kept up and snow was plowed quickly. The management was attentive, but with an attitude, unfortunately. Rather rude on the phone when you would call about an issue or with a question. And, when you are ready to move out, they will find all kinds of reasons to charge you various fees so don't expect much of a security deposit back.

Place is shitty. Mold issues. Mice. And maintenance not responding fast enough when you act need them. For the price to you're better off renting something far better. Also some resident that use to work there has a master key still which is messed up. They have cameras at the newer apartments but not the old and didn't do anything about the package stealing but cared about a vacuum that was stolen from them. Which I'm surprised because theirs bugs everywhere.
