Shawnee Senior Villas is an independent senior apartment community in Shawnee, Kansas, built in 2023. The three-story community offers 12 one-bedroom and 30 two-bedroom apartments for residents aged 55 and older, with income-based rental rates determined by area median income limits.

Each apartment features luxury vinyl tile flooring, central heat and air conditioning, and a full kitchen with energy-star certified appliances including an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. In-unit washer and dryer service is included with all homes. Residents are responsible for electricity and water utilities, though trash service is included in the rental rate.
