My father was a resident of this place. They would not notify my sister of his health nor did they notify her of his death that happened in October 2025. They also allowed him to be cremated and gave his remains to a woman we don't know and have never met. Unless you want the same thing to happen to your loved one id HIGHLY advise against placing them in this facilities incapable hands. They're rude and hostile. My advice to everyone working here is to learn how to treat people with dignity and respect before choosing healthcare. Get off of your phones and do your damn job.

This facility is the worst I've seen. Abusive CNA'S, lost or stolen clothes. Filthy!! If you care about your loved one do NOT place them here.

Alot of scary abuse going on in this facility. They have a multi year history of abuse, neglect, suspicious deaths, constant fines, etc. and most of us healthcare and social workers in the state believe the place should be shut down. PLEASE take your loved one to any other facility in the area rather than this one.
